The Gift of Giving

Christmas 2009


This Christmas let us all experience the Gift of Giving in a new and fresh way. Giving allows us to share what God has given to us.

1 Peter 4:10 As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of
God.
Acts 3:6
But Peter said, "I do not possess silver and gold, but what I do have I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene--walk!"


Every family in the church is asked to pray as a family and decide on how they can serve and give to others in need.

God has given us some great opportunities to help in the relationships we have in the community and in the city.

Mission Possible - We will serve with them at the Christmas presentation in East Austin. We can serve on Dec 17-19.
Sign up to serve one night and donate a gift to support the ongoing ministry to children in Austin.

Lake Pointe Elem. - The school has shared 5 families with us that are in need this Christmas. We will find out their needs and
make gift baskets to deliver to them. You can sign up to make baskets, deliver baskets and to donate gifts for
the baskets.

Church at Bee Cave families - We will identify needs in our church family and help meet those needs.


On Sunday Night December 20th we will bring a Christmas Performance to the Galleria Mall. Everyone is invited to come and help sing and tell the true story of Christmas. We will also be giving out goodies in between sets. Bring some cookies, a festive spirit and be ready to make a joyful noise – a great time will be had by all and the name of Jesus will be celebrated!!
