Power Plant Program North American Mission Board of Southern Baptists each year pick city and send teams to help church
plants.

Austin Baptist Association selected Church at Bee Cave as one of 7 churches in Austin Region to work with a team. We
will be partnered with a team of approx 20 people (Youth and Leaders). The Team will come to church service on June 21
and stay with us for lunch and planning meeting. The Team will be available Monday – Thursday each day from 12:30 to
5:00. Their meals and lodging and transportation are taken care of.


THEME The Elders believe that this is a great opportunity for our church to serve the community and give Glory to God. We
believe this best represents our church to the community and will open doors for us to reach people and show them God’s
love. For the week the Planning team chose the theme JESUS IS ...... to think about all the ways Jesus shows Himself

PROJECTS These are the project partners that fit with reaching and serving our community and our ongoing ministries

City of Lakeway - They have come up with projects in the Parks to clean playground areas and add new mulch, clear
trails, and other projects.

LT Crisis Ministry They have a great need for food staples and would love for us to do a food drive.

Lake Pointe Elem I have asked them to let us know what project we can help them with. They are considering options

Mission Possible We will bring a group of kids out on Thursday to the park for a fun day.

END OF WEEK Celebration We will celebrate the week on Thursday Evening for all who have served during the week.

OTHER IDEAS T Shirts for all to wear each day
Give out sno cones , balloons etc to people in the park, school while we work
Invite students in the community to join us for community service
Start each day with a verse for the day emphasizing an attribute of God
Film crew to film all week and make video to show at Party
